Organisers and sign-up

Prices, dates and rules are set by the organiser and change every season. Check them on the organiser’s site before you go. Checked: October 13, 2026.

You can take your own car onto the MotoPark Toruń track in two ways: at a Track Day organised by the centre itself, or at the Time Attack Trophy competition, which the Motorsport Trophy group runs at this venue.

The centre's Track Day

MotoPark Toruń describes its Track Day as sporting driving on the track in an orderly format, with clear rules, a schedule of runs and supervision by the staff. You do not need any racing experience. The centre advises beginners to start with calmer runs and build up their pace gradually. The driving can be combined with tips from an instructor or a training module.

You can drive your own car if it meets the basic technical requirements and the rules of the event. Before you come, check the brakes, tyres, fluid levels and suspension, with no play in the running gear. The detailed requirements depend on the format of the event, so ask about them when you sign up.

Sign-up is handled by the centre's office, open on working days from 8:00 to 15:00, by phone or e-mail. On the day of checking, the centre's calendar had no Track Day dates, only training courses, so the date has to be agreed directly with the office.

Time Attack Trophy: the fastest lap

Time Attack Trophy is a Motorsport Trophy series held at MotoPark Toruń. The result is decided by the best time of a single lap, and the best results go into the track's official record tables, separately for drive types and for makes. The timed runs are preceded by an Open Track practice part in which you can get to know the track and the conditions of the day. According to the organiser, every year the series brings together experienced drivers and track driving amateurs as well as complete beginners.

The series' technical rules require the car to:

  • be in working order and have complete bodywork, with the bonnet, the boot lid and the bumpers,
  • have properly fitted seat belts, a fire extinguisher with a valid check, working brake and hazard lights, and mirrors,
  • have no leaks of fluids, oils or fuel.

The driver and the co-driver wear at least road-homologated motorcycle helmets or motorsport helmets. Standard cars compete in the Street subclasses, where tyres with the road "E" homologation are required and slicks are banned. In the other classes the tyres are free. Electric and hybrid cars start in the Open class.

How to enter the competition

Motorsport Trophy publishes the season's dates in the calendar on its website. The organiser gives the form and deadline of entries and the entry fee separately for each round, in a bulletin before the event, and when there are more applicants than places, the order of entries decides the starting list. A sporting licence is not needed.
