Organisers and sign-up

Prices, dates and rules are set by the organiser and change every season. Check them on the organiser’s site before you go. Checked: October 13, 2026.

Tor Kielce is run by Automobilklub Kielecki, and the club organises most of the driving for people with their own car. The club collects all the dates in the calendar on its website, and for each practice it publishes a separate bulletin with the rules in its news section. The calendar also has drifting and karting Open Tracks; those are separate formats.

Open Track and Warm Up: practice without competition

Open Track is practice for anyone who meets the requirements of the rules. Its aim is to improve driving technique. Warm Up works the same way: it is an afternoon warm-up the day before a SuperOES round, and people who are not entered in the competition can drive in it too.

The driving runs from 15:00 to 20:00, with marshals and rescue cover. The office on site takes entries on the day of the practice, from 14:00. A briefing with the participants is mandatory. The limit is 50 cars, and two drivers can share one car, each with a separate entry.

What you need

  • a category B driving licence or a motorsport licence,
  • a motorsport helmet with "E" or FIA homologation, for the co-driver too. The club stresses that this also applies to standard cars,
  • a car with a rigid, closed roof; the organiser decides on convertibles case by case,
  • a car in working order, without oil leaks, with a start number and a fire extinguisher of at least 1 kg,
  • noise up to 97 dB,
  • at administrative check-in: your driving licence, your third-party liability insurance policy and the registration certificate with a valid technical inspection, or a sports car logbook.

The co-driver must be at least 17. Besides third-party liability insurance, the rules recommend personal accident and own-damage cover for motorsport.

Timed events for road cars

The club also runs two series of events for which a category B driving licence is enough. WWTECH SuperOES is a criterium in which you have to complete a sporting trial as fast as possible; RGC 4 Pory Roku Toru Kielce is a series of four rounds with similar rules. Entries for both are taken by the superoes.pl website, by the deadline given for each round. SuperOES is open to cars with road registration documents or a sports car logbook, without electric drive.

Motorsport Trophy brings Track Day Trophy to Kielce. The result is the sum of the times from several sporting trials, preceded by two practice sessions, and the course takes in the oval, the karting section and the forest stretch. A motorcycle or car helmet is enough, and no roll cage is required. In the Street subclasses cars run in road specification, on road-homologated tyres and without slicks.

What to watch out for

The pages of the autumn practice sessions promise the details in a later bulletin. Before you set off, check the current rules for your date, because the requirements and the sign-up may change in them.
